Yes. Pre-orders fund our first production run. You’re charged today and your CLAIR ships this winter. Change your mind before it ships? Full refund, no questions asked.
We currently ship within the United States.
Pre-orders ship this winter. We’ll email you with tracking the moment yours is on its way. Once shipped, orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Shipping is free on orders $29+.
Free shipping on orders $29+. Orders under $29 ship for a flat $3.99.
Email hello@clairobjects.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
returns & refunds
Yes. Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Just email hello@clairobjects.com with your order number.
Because CLAIR is a personal care product, we accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@clairobjects.com with your order number to start one.
Opened wipes or refill packs, used cases, final sale items and gift cards.
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
